Meet & Greet
Before joining the Pawty Pack, we conduct a comprehensive meet and greet with both pawrents and pups. This initial assessment ensures your companion is a good fit for group play and helps us understand their unique personality, triggers, and social style. This foundational step is crucial for maintaining a balanced and safe environment for all pack members.
Vaccination Policy
The health of our pack is paramount. All dogs must be up-to-date with their essential vaccinations, including DHPP, Rabies, and Bordetella (Kennel Cough). Proof of vaccination from a licensed veterinarian is required prior to the first expedition and must be updated annually or as recommended by your vet.
Flea & Tick Policy
To protect all pups in our care, we maintain a strict flea and tick policy. Every dog must be on a year-round, veterinarian-approved flea and tick preventative. If fleas or ticks are found on a dog, the owner will be notified immediately, and service will be suspended until the dog is confirmed flea/tick-free by a professional.
Pack Behaviour & Aggressive Behaviour
We cultivate a secure social environment. While we encourage play, aggressive behaviour (biting, excessive snapping, or bullying) is not tolerated and may lead to immediate suspension from the pack. We assess pack dynamics constantly to ensure all adventures remain safe and enriching for every companion.
Safe Transportation
During transit, your pup's safety is our priority. We use secure, climate-controlled vehicles equipped with specialized pet restraints or crates to ensure a comfortable and stable ride to their expedition destination. All pups are safely monitored throughout the journey.
Pick-Up & Drop-Off
We offer reliable pick-up and drop-off services directly from your home. We require specific access instructions (keys, codes, or designated areas) to ensure a seamless transition for your pup. Please ensure your pet is ready for their adventure at the scheduled time to avoid delays for the rest of the pack.
Trail Safety & Adventure
Our Enriching Expeditions take place in curated natural settings. We maintain a high ratio of walkers to dogs to ensure close supervision. Trail safety protocols include constant awareness of surroundings, regular headcount checks, and adherence to local park and trail regulations to keep the pup and the environment safe.
Health, Gear & Additional Requirements
Owners are responsible for providing appropriate gear for their companions, including well-fitting collars, harnesses, and leashes in good condition. We ask that you notify us of any health concerns, allergies, or physical limitations prior to any adventure. Proper identification tags must be worn by the dog at all times.
Cancellations
To manage pack routes effectively, we require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will be charged at the full service rate. We thank you for your understanding in helping us maintain consistent service for all our pups.
